Eos

The project

Eos brings a team’s tools together in a single space per organisation: tasks, documents, calendar, automations and monitoring. Each module is turned on à la carte, inherits the organisation’s members and roles, and talks to the others — a task can be born from a document, and permissions are set in one place.

At the heart of the platform, Neos is an AI assistant that lives inside the workspace: it understands requests in natural language and actually carries them out in the app (create a task, find a document…), but never without confirmation. Every sensitive action is shown before it runs.

Tech stack

Eos is built with Next.js and React in TypeScript. Data is stored in MongoDB, files on Cloudflare R2, and billing relies on Stripe. The platform is bilingual (French / English) and designed around role-based access control.
